Please pick up your VIP welcome pack from the VIP Lounge located on the first-floor mezzanine. Do not collect it at the main registration desk to avoid delays.

Your welcome pack contains breakfast and lunch tokens which can be used at any of the KERB food stalls at the venue.

Drink Vouchers

Inside your welcome pack, you’ll also find 4 drink tokens, redeemable at any bar in the venue for beer, wine, or soft drinks.

VIP Lounge Access

Located on the first-floor mezzanine, the VIP Lounge offers:

• Dedicated workspaces

• Charging stations

• Comfortable seating

This space is perfect for relaxing, networking, and mingling during the event.

Note: Only VIP guests have access to the VIP Lounge.

Enjoy free soft drinks and grab-and-go snacks in the VIP Lounge throughout the event.

VIP Happy Hour & Networking with Speakers

When: Thursday 24th, 2.30pm – 3.30pm

Join fellow VIPs and speakers for an exclusive happy hour featuring beer, wine, soft drinks, and canapés.

Jump the Coffee Queue

Skip the wait at the mezzanine coffee station located right outside the VIP Lounge. (Please note this privilege only applies to the coffee station on the mezzanine.)

Bookable VIP Meeting Tables

As a VIP, you have exclusive access to reserve meeting tables in the VIP Connect Zone. Book your meetings with other delegates for productive conversations in a more private setting.

Reserved Seating at the Main Stage

Feel free to take advantage of reserved front-row seating for VIPs on the Main Stage.
