Paolo Lorenzoni currently serves as Vice President of EMEA Marketing at Tinder, where he translates the company’s global goals into regional strategies and oversees country teams across key markets, including Germany, France, Spain and the UK. Prior to joining Tinder, Paolo was part of Netflix’s original Global Marketing and EMEA leadership team based in Amsterdam, later moving to Rome to open the local office as Country Director of Marketing for Italy and Greece. Earlier in his career at Sky, he served as Managing Director of the OTT and New Media business, where he launched NOW TV and Roku in Italy. He also held the role of Vice President of Marketing, Communications, and Digital Activities at Discovery Networks. Previously, Paolo created the first social media department at Sky Italia and was a member of the NewsCorp Digital Leaders Collective, the international team led by James Murdoch. He began his career at Current TV, later Al Jazeera America, serving as Marketing Director in Italy and then as Commercial & Marketing Director in London, where he also managed corporate public relations for President Al Gore. With more than 15 years of international experience in direct-to-consumer businesses across technology, media, and entertainment, Paolo has built a career leading growth and innovation for global brands. Based in Dublin, he continues to drive impact across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
