We are continuing to improve and implement changes to the show in 2024 in support of our commitment to a more sustainable future.
We are proud to be a partner of the #ONELESS PIONEER NETWORK – to reduce and eliminate plastic bottled water in favour of refilling and reusing at our events.
Other existing initiatives include:
- BYOB and refill using water fountains around the venue
- Our graphics for the exhibition stands and signage are printed on fabric and we avoid using dates where possible so we can reuse it at future shows.
- All of our lanyards and wristbands are made of recycled plastic or bamboo
- Our food trucks/stands have a no plastic policy with their packaging and cutlery
- All our coffee cups are 100% compostable
- Recycling bins are placed around the venue and emptied each evening
- Moving essential information to the event hub reducing the size and eventual need for a paper brochure
