Kim Butler is the co-founder of Diving Bell, a leading independent London talent management company behind generation-defining content creators, authors, artists, digital innovators, storytellers and broadcasters whose collective monthly reach exceeds 100 million.
Since founding the agency with Justin Girdler in 2017, Kim has built a reputation for taking a long term, strategy-first approach to creator careers, moving talent well beyond brand deals and into record-breaking publishing, award-winning podcasts, prime-time television, national radio and feature-length cinema releases, including the recent Universal Pictures feature which featured both Kim and Justin documenting their journey managing a key client’s rise.
Kim is a regular industry speaker and sits on 10 Downing Street’s Digital Creator Strategy advisory board, she is also the secretary of the Digital Creator Association and the go between between Government and the board.
Under her leadership Diving Bell has been nominated for Talent Agency of the Year at the ITV bCreator Awards in both 2024 and 2025, and has pioneered creator IP development through an industry-first multi-year first-look deal with BBC Studios and a content development partnership with Boldprint Studios.
