In her role as Managing Director at OTG, Amy spearheads the agency’s strategic growth and vision, evolving the team and business to achieve its goals, and that of the talent it represents. Previously, Amy was Lead of Emerging Creator Partnerships, Northern Europe at Meta, and developed programs and activations to educate, inspire and elevate some of the region’s fastest-growing, up-and-coming creators on Meta platforms. Prior to this, Amy spent almost seven years at talent management agency, Gleam Futures, where she ascended to the role of Business Director. Amy’s strategic acumen and leadership prowess was evident in the agency’s impressive year-on-year growth, despite an increasingly competitive landscape. Throughout her career, Amy has played a pivotal role in strategically shaping the careers of some of the UK’s most prominent talent, including Milly Pickles, Home With Roo, Snoochie Shy, Caspar Lee, Niomi Smart, Grace Victory, and The Buckleys, to name a few.
