Sarah is an award-winning, results-driven leader with 15 years of integrated brand communications experience, known for strategic in-culture insights and creativity. She joined Unilever in April 2020, after a decade working agency-side, where she launched Visa’s sponsorship of Formula E across EMEA, led the communications strategy for Audi and Volkswagen as well as PR, partnerships and social influencer for Google and Emirates. Sarah has scaled-up influencer marketing and PR across Dove’s top markets and led the brands first-ever end-to-end creator marketing campaign #SharetheFirst. Leading best-in-class global purpose campaigns and innovation launches across both personal care and beauty and wellbeing, she was part of the in-house team who launched #TurnYourBack, winning over 30 industry awards, including a Cannes Lions Grand Prix, she’s been recognised as PRWeek’s top 25 most influential women in communications in 2025, and is equal parts fire-fighter, storyteller and fame driver with a passion for creating a world where women uplift and empower each other. Sarah grew up in the North East of England and has lived and worked in Australia and Dubai. Now based in East London, she loves Reformer Pilates and true crime podcasts.
