Badge Collection: You can collect your badge from 8am on Thursday 23rd October.

Doors Open: 8am Thursday, 23rd October.

If you’re a VIP or a Speaker please use the left hand queue. All other attendees please queue to the right.

We’re expecting a very busy show so we recommend getting there early to avoid the queues.

To print your badge, simply scan your QR code in this email (also available in the app) at the registration desk. Please help keep the queue moving by having your QR code ready.

Once you have collected your badge, you’ll need to head right and down the stairs into The Vault to pick up your lanyard.

Note: Please do not remove your wristband when you leave the event, as you will need it to attend the official party.

Cloakroom: We have a dedicated cloakroom in The Vault where you can store coats and bags (subject to space) during show hours. No bags to be left overnight please.

Wi-Fi: There is open network Wi-Fi for all attendees. The network name is CREATORFEST25 and the password is: bitdefender.

Sundowner Drinks

Don’t forget to join us for sundowner drinks at the Thames Terrace.

Enjoy drinks on the terrace from 5-5.30pm.

Official Party

We’re excited to take the official CreatorFest Afterparty to Bermondsey Bar & Kitchen! Just a 15-min walk from the venue, head straight there after Sundowner Drinks to keep the conversation flowing. Food and drink provided.

Lunch and Food

We’re excited to bring back the incredible KERB food trucks offering a range of delicious Vegan, Gluten Free and Halal options. Served on the Thames Terrace & Mezz Food Court.

Please note: All bars and food vendors only accept card, no cash.

Bring Your Own Bottle

We are proud to be a partner of the #ONELESS PIONEER NETWORK – to reduce and eliminate plastic bottled water.

We encourage all attendees to bring their own bottle to the event and refill at water fountains located throughout the venue.
