- What you actually need to submit
1. A 2-3 Minute Recording (Required)
Each entry consists of a 2–3 minute video recording using simple tools such as Loom, Zoom, or native screen capture on your phone. Production quality is not judged and no polish is expected.
In the recording, creators should answer these questions;
- What you create, who it’s for, and what makes it creatively distinctive
- Why your content matters to your audience
- How your community engages or participates
- How your work has evolved or grown over the past 12 months
Creators are encouraged to show their content on screen while speaking. This is not a pitch or performance, but a short explanation in the creator’s own voice. Production quality is not judged and no polish is expected.
2. Supporting Evidence
Alongside the screen recording, creators may submit:
- Up to five links to representative content from the past year
- A short written context (max 200-300 words) if they wish
- Optional metrics (followers, engagement, growth, outcomes), with no fixed format
Entering
- Read through and review all categories carefully. There may be more than one you are interested in and if so, you’ll need to prep the different entries accordingly.
Each new submission requires a new video upload specific to the category you are entering. - Plan out your video content – 3 minutes can sometimes be longer than you expect.
- Record your content, proof and confirm. Make sure you’re happy with it and you believe it reflects you at your best.
- Once you’re happy, make sure to prep and finalise any supporting evidence you’d like to submit alongside your video. You will need all of this ready when you open the form.
- Entry is via the link below. It will forward you to an entry form. Just add in your details and hit submit!
- Ensure you provide correct and working contact details and double check you have submitted the final copies of your entry. The entry can be linked to or a file upload.
But be careful, as once an entry is submitted, it cannot be edited.
