Dom foresaw the approaching scale of the creator economy way before anyone even called it
that. In 2010 he founded Gleam Futures from a laptop in a coffee shop, building it into Europe’s
first creator management agency with a global network of offices across London, LA and
Sydney.
Over the next decade he managed and architected the careers and brands of some of
the internet’s biggest stars, including Zoella, Alfie Deyes, Joe Sugg, Mrs Hinch and most of the
UK’s original creator class.
Along the way Gleam helped produce 16 consecutive number one bestsellers, the
fastest-selling debut novel in UK publishing history, the first creator led brands to reach scale
and the first feature film produced for a major broadcaster by creators. Dom exited Gleam after
Dentsu acquired the business in 2021.
He is now co-founder of GloMotion Studios and invests in, and advises, the companies building
what comes next, from creator-led beauty brands to venture platforms. His argument has not
changed in fifteen years: audiences reward trust, not volume, and the creators who own their IP
own their future.
