Common Questions

CreatorFest brings together the entire creator economy community to learn, connect, and innovate. Dive deep into the heart of the creator economy with two days of carefully crafted sessions from some of the industry’s leading experts, as well as a whole host of interactive and engaging networking opportunities.

The event timings are:

Tuesday 14 July: 08:00 – 16:30, followed straight after by the CreatorFest Awards at Magazine. Join us afterwards at our party from 19:00 until late (venue TBC).

Wednesday 15 July: 08:00 – 16:00

Sessions start from 9am each day.

CreatorFest is designed to bring together the whole creator economy community, with brands looking for creator collaborations, alongside creators aiming to build brand partnerships, stay ahead of trends and optimise platform reach.

Completing the mix will be global media agencies, influencer marketing agencies, talent managers and tech platforms to support our thriving ecosystem.

Unlimited barista coffee is available throughout the day and there are a great mix of food trucks available on the terrace for you to purchase food and drinks.

We’ve been organising events for nearly 20 years for the creator, influencer, affiliate & performance marketing communities.

Our events span the globe – Miami, New York, Barcelona, Berlin, Munich, Amsterdam and of course, London.

We’re a passionate team based in Bristol, UK.

We’re expecting around 1,800 attendees from across the globe to join us in London for the event.

Passes

Our ticket prices vary depending on your demographic. For the purpose of purchasing a ticket we define each demographic as the following:

Brand Pass:

Choose this if you are employed by a retailer (physical or online) or consumer goods/FMCG brand.

Creator Pass:

You define your main job as a Creator or Influencer.

Agency Pass:

Your principal business is that of a talent agency or marketing agency and you represent either Creators or brands.

Industry Pass:

You are employed by a Tech Provider, Platform, Vendor or SaaS.

Please note: We monitor registrations and demographics of each attendee, if an incorrect demographic is selected your ticket will be cancelled.

 

Every pass provides two full days’ access to inspiring sessions, unrivalled networking opportunities, entry to the festival show floor, and our official Party.

If you work for a retailer or e-commerce led brand, you may qualify for a complimentary CreatorFest pass with our Hosted Meetings Programme

Choose a VIP pass or upgrade and you’ll have a whole host of benefits! In addition to the benefits of a standard pass, the VIP Pass includes:

Yes, we welcome applications from journalists. Please complete our application form to be considered for a complimentary press pass.

We can allow name changes to someone within your company and demographic until 12 June 2026. Please log into your account to update the attendee details. If you have any questions, please do get in touch.

Can you help to provide information for my visa application?

Yes! After you’ve purchased your pass, please complete this form and we will provide you with a letter stating your attendance at CreatorFest.

 

UK law requires VAT on admission to events held in the UK, regardless of where the attendee is based.

Can I reclaim the VAT?

Yes, in many cases:

EU businesses: May reclaim UK VAT via their national tax authority under the EU refund scheme.
Non-EU businesses (e.g. US): Can apply directly to HMRC for a refund using form VAT65A, if their country offers reciprocal arrangements.

Where can I find official guidance?

HMRC: Reclaim VAT on business expenses

Yes. We are able to offer Non-Profits a discount of 30% on the Standard Pass.

Please email registration@hellopartner.com with credentials and if approved we’ll supply you with a discount code.

Tickets are non-refundable once purchased, however you may transfer your pass to a colleague at the same company.

To request a transfer, please contact us at least 7 days before the event.

We offer a 10% group discount for bookings of 4 or more attendees, as long as you book all passes at the same time. To claim it, you just need to enter the code GROUP2026 at checkout.

This offer becomes available after the Super Early Bird rate ends on 26 Feb 2026, and will only be valid until 3 July 2026 – so don’t miss your chance to save!

Networking

CreatorFest has a huge range of networking opportunities! Whether you’re sealing deals over a brand dinner, sparking collaborations at a creator mixer, or exchanging insights at a terrace meetup, this is where the industry’s best and biggest partnerships are made. Yes, our official Party will take place on the evening of Tuesday 14 July. Further details will be released soon!

Hosted Brand Programme

Up to £250 for all attendees.

No, this is specifically for your hotel and travel. Don’t worry though – lunch is included with your VIP Festival Pass on both event days!

Yes. You’re in charge of booking the travel and accommodation that works best for you.

We’ll send the reimbursement to one designated bank account. Just make sure to keep your itemised receipts and any proof of travel completion (e.g. a boarding pass) to get everything processed.

You will only receive reimbursement if you send receipts within 30 days of the festival closing.

Please contact us immediately. You must let us know in advance of the event and propose one or more substitutes from your organisation. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our approval. If you cannot attend all of your hosted meetings, you will not be eligible for the reimbursement.

Once your application has been accepted, we’ll send over the details on how to set up your profile on the CreatorFest event app.
