Common Questions

CreatorFest is the premier destination for brands and creators eager to dive deep into the heart of the creator economy, through an extensive program of educational sessions and networking opportunities.

The event is located at Old Billingsgate, 1 Old Billingsgate Walk, Riverside, 16 Lower Thames St, London EC3R 6DX.

Event timings are 08:00-17:00 on Thursday 23rd October, with an after party until late in the evening.

The show is designed to bring together the community, with brands seeking creator collaborations and education on how to navigate the creator economy. Alongside creators seeking to build brand partnerships, stay ahead of trends and optimize platform reach.

Completing the mix will be global media agencies, specialist influencer marketing agencies, talent managers and tech to support the thriving ecosystem.

We offer free unlimited barista quality coffee throughout the day and there are a variety of KERB food trucks available on the terrace for attendees to purchase food and drinks.

We’re Hello Partner 👋 – We’ve been organising events for nearly 20 years for the creator, influencer, affiliate & performance marketing communities.

We also organise the Global Influencer Marketing Awards.

We expect between 1,500 and 2,000 attendees to descend on London from across the globe for the event.

Yes. We welcome applications from journalists. Please complete our application form to be considered for a complimentary press pass.

Name changes are permitted until 20th September. Please log in to your account to update the attendee’s details. If you have any questions please get in touch.

Yes, our official After Party will take place on the evening of Thursday 23rd October. Further details will be released soon!

Hosted Brand Programme

Up to £250 for all delegates.

No, this is for hotel and travel only. Lunch is included with your ticket on conference days.

Yes, you are responsible for booking your own travel and accommodation for CreatorFest Europe.

All reimbursement will be made to one designated bank account. You need to provide all itemised receipts and we may request proof of travel completion, e.g. boarding pass.

You will only receive reimbursement if you send receipts within 30 days of the event closing.

Please contact us immediately. You must let us know in advance of the event and propose one or more substitutes from your organisation. Acceptance of any substitute is subject to our approval. If you cannot attend all of your hosted meetings you will not be eligible for the reimbursement.

Once your application has been accepted we’ll send through instructions on how to set up your profile on the Events app.
