Talia Stolerman is Head of Podcasts for the UK, Ireland and the Netherlands at Spotify, where she leads the platform’s podcast strategy across these regions. She brings over five years of experience at Spotify, having worked closely with creators in both the United States and the UK.

Talia joined Spotify in New York in 2020 as a Creator Partner Manager, before relocating back to London in 2021 in a similar role for the UK.  In that role, she supported creators and production partners across the UK, prior to stepping into her current regional leadership position.

Before she joined Spotify, Talia built her career in radio and podcast production. She held production roles at Global and the BBC, and later served as Content Director at Audioboom for five years.

She is passionate about the continued growth of the podcast industry and the role creators and partners play in shaping its future
