Raf is the founder of Talent & Brands, a celebrity and influencer talent agency which brokers celebrity brand endorsements, and also represents a wide roster of social media creators including the advertising industry’s favourite creator – Rob Mayhew, and TikTok sensation Chip Shop Diva. He is also the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Supernova, a social creative agency which started in 2023, and is part of Atomic London.

Prior to setting up Talent & Brands he was Senior Vice President at EMI Music and an Agent at CAA (Creative Artists Agency) working with some of the biggest names in the entertainment industry for commercial endorsements. Before joining the entertainment industry, Raf held senior marketing roles at PepsiCo (Walkers Crisps) Coca-Cola and Amazon.

He was named one of the UK’s Top 100 Marketing Influencers, by Technology for Marketing in 2024 and 2025.
